Training in the Time of COVID-19

Training in the Time of COVID-19

The Coronavirus restrictions have stopped all face to face training, but that doesn’t mean we should stop educating employees.

While we are working remotely, human connection is more important than ever before. So, it is not surprising that my clients are showing great interest in these two virtual programs.

My Virtual Programs

Business Storytelling to Connect and Engage - Human connection has always been important but as we navigate through a new world of physical distancing and working from home, it is even more critical. Learning the art of storytelling will allow you and your team to communicate more effectively and to increase their ability to influence and engage others.

Presenting with Impact – Onstage or Online - This training covers the skills, tips and methods required to present with greater success. Earlier this year, I redesigned the content to be a virtual training program for the Obama Foundation. What perfect timing! With the necessity for everyone to work remotely, I have added a component on how to present virtually... because that is a very different skill.

What others have to say...

Both programs are highly interactive and engaging. This is evidenced by what these happy clients had to say about some recent virtual training I delivered.

Gabrielle was such an engaging speaker during a recent virtual session where she appeared as a guest in a leadership program I'm running. Gabrielle had great interaction with the group, and effectively incorporated questions from both the chat and the attendees on video. And as always, her comments were right on the mark! Such a pro in a virtual setting.

Gabrielle’s virtual training has had a measurable impact within my team on the way we are communicating together and most importantly to customers. We are considering the stories we tell that align our messages and intent so that they land with the audience. I have seen such a change in the way the team think through customer conversations, knowing the next step or direction for the conversation is one thing, but landing the message with memorable impact is quite another. The simple to adopt tools and techniques have meant we know we are having more impact and that our messages and intent is landing with our audiences.
