Recruitment and Onboarding
The selection process is a critical first step in building a capable team. Our Fleet Manager, Noknoy, meticulously reviews each candidate's CV to ensure they possess the necessary qualifications and exhibit the potential for growth and adaptability. This rigorous selection process helps us identify individuals who are well-suited to meet the demands of our operations.
Core Training Team
Our training is spearheaded by an experienced trio: Head Driver Phoutsavan, Head Driver Assistant Phet, and Fleet Assistant Sui. Each brings a wealth of knowledge and a hands-on approach to the development of new drivers, emphasizing practical skills and safety. This team-based approach ensures that every trainee receives personalized attention and guidance, fostering an environment where learning is continuous and comprehensive.
