At Milky Lane we look at the world a little differently - this could not be truer than in the way we train our teams.

At Milky Lane we do not have "customers" we have "guests". Our point of difference is the fact that anyone that walks into one of our venues, whilst they may arrive as a stranger, they leave as Milky Lane Family.

This same sentiment rings through with our teams. We believe that the emphasis on both community and training should be instilled in our teams as well as our guests. If our team are happy and love what they do, this passion will be passed on to our guests.

At Milky Lane, we pride ourselves on the Milky Lane Experience, and this is driven by our teams. Passion, Unity and Knowledge power our teams.
