Training Lead Analyst

We are looking a trainer for our international client with a 5 years of training delivery and content experience. The ideal candidate should possess at least 5 years of related work experience, preferably in the Project Management field, and must demonstrate proficiency in C1 English and Advanced MS Suite. Additionally, the candidate should exhibit strong communication and development skills, along with attributes such as creativity, innovation, adaptability, flexibility, vision, and strategy. Proficiency in learning delivery skills is also a key requirement for the role.

This role will conduct overall Training programs including new hire onboarding (Pre-Process, Voice, and Client-Specific process training), ongoing learning, company background, and industry policy education. The role should ensure new hires achieve agreed proficiency levels upon completion of Training. The Training Lead Analyst serves as a Process Expert, leading transformation, and process improvement initiatives.

Main duties:

Process Training Support:

·?????? Facilitate all required training programs with the ability to translate subject matter expertise to knowledge gain and skills development.

·?????? Deliver Capability Development Programs to employees such as coaching and training to both new hires and existing staff.

·?????? Deliver required industry, domain, functional and client systems and process training to both new hires and existing staff.

·?????? Provide floor support and communication coaching to all employees including leadership and support.

·?????? Proactively develop activities or modules to supplement existing programs or initiatives.

·?????? Demonstrate strong working knowledge of adult learning theory principles and able apply in a 1:1 or in a group training setting.

Training Enhancement:

???????? Continuously update and improve training materials and methodologies.

???????? Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in voice and accent training.

???????? Support process trainers in enhancing overall training effectiveness.

Process Expert

???????? Act as a subject matter expert in operational processes, ensuring training content aligns with industry best practices and company standards.

???????? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and design targeted programs to address them.

???????? Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand business goals and align training strategies with organizational objective.

Stakeholder and Client Relationship Management

???????? Develop strong internal and external relationships.

???????? Align internal and external customer expectations with the current capability and capacity of the team; proactively support the discovery of alternative solutions when there is a constraint.

ADHOC

???????? Provide accurate, timely, and professional reports to senior management for historical analysis, account status, and forecasting purposes.

???????? Provide best effort and cooperative spirit on special projects outside regular account responsibilities when/if requested.

???????? Participate in business meetings and general inputs in day-to-day improvements.

Requirements:

  • 4 Yr. degree -BS/BA or 5 to 8 years of Training delivery and content experience
  • 5-8 years of related work experience, preffered in Project Management field
  • C1 English
  • Advanced MS Suite
  • Strong Communication and Developing skills
  • Creativity and innovation, Adaptability & Flexibility, Vision and Strategy
  • Learning Delivery skills
