The Worker Protection (Amendment of Equality Act 2010) Act 2023 will significantly strengthen the regulatory framework in respect of sex discrimination, and in particular, sexual harassment.

The core of the Act is the introduction of a ‘preventative duty’ and ‘reasonable steps’ to prevent sexual harassment.
