Training, a guarantee of quality and commitment.

As you all know the training is a guarantee of quality within a company and even more within a service company such as hospitality.
Training is a privileged moment to improve its performance and increase its knowledge within a company. As one often says "one learns every day" a saying that turns out true if you are looking for perfection in your craft. Perfection that you will certainly not reach but, you can pretend to get there. And then it is better to learn a new thing every day than not to learn anything.
Often, owners or managers of companies neglect the training on the pretext of lack of budget. Which is completely wrong? The owner must not only see the profit of the company but also the welfare of his staff because without him his business would flow.
The investment he will make in training will increase the quality of his establishment, the productivity and the loyalty of his team. "Do not we say that a well-supervised staff is a more efficient staff"? Training must also be a rallying ground for owners and for human resources, knowing that the investment it is making today will bear a lot of fruit in the future and create a more stable, healthier and more the company. Here both are win-win.
Generally in the budget line de facto between 1 to 2.5% of the total income is foreseen for the formation of the teams and the renewal of the knowledge. Moreover it is valid for small, medium and large companies and in all trades.
It is often remarked that people who are not trained in a year lose their motivations in their work and this creates a detestable social climate. Often they leave in search of a company where the quality of work is better and where they are considered. So if you want to make the structure of your business sustainable, establish an annual training calendar with human resources.
On the other hand, staff must also be motivated to train and want to learn. Because of my years of experience at the International Hotel, staffs who do not want to train will not bring anything to the company and you will have a two-speed team which will greatly hamper the growth of your team and your business. It is essential that staff integrate the training in an optimal way and understand societal issues. The human resources manager ensured the smooth running of the program.
Normally training is mandatory within the company as long as it is for the good of it and within the legal framework of working hours. The staff must realize that this at a huge cost on the assets and that he should not take this lightly (like this was a day off or relaxing!!)
In conclusion, I would say that it would be more beneficial for everyone if, in the annual calendar of a company, training is provided at all levels. Ensure that our employees are properly trained; this will bring you positivism and serenity in the workplace but also performance.
Good training at all!!
