Training focused on Manuscripts May 2018
We just completed a 4-days Training at the CHSOS Studio in Italy from May 22nd to may 25th 2018. This training program was focused on manuscripts and we got 2 participants:
Shaikha Alkharsan. She is a paper conservator from the National Library of Kuwait (CRSK) which is interested in scientific imaging methodologies for manuscripts examination in particular to discover forged ones.
Nicole Volmering. She is a research fellow at Trinity College Dublin which is working on an idea for a funding proposal that would draw heavily on technical photography and MSI for the analysis of early medieval manuscripts.
