Streamlining Data Management: Enhancing Efficiency for the 2022 Women Councils and Committees’ Elections

As we gear up for the forthcoming 2022 Women Councils and Committees' Elections (WCC), meticulous preparations are underway to ensure a smooth and transparent electoral process. To achieve this, a comprehensive data management training program was meticulously organized. These training sessions were held at various regional offices nationwide. In the northern region, the workshop took place on the 31st of August 2022 and was expertly organized by the regional office located in Lira.

Embracing innovation, the training emphasized the utilization of an online platform to capture election data. This innovative approach introduced a centralized database accessible to the commission, facilitating efficient and seamless data management as we prepared for the upcoming elections.

The online database was initially piloted during the WCC 2022 elections to capture vital statistics of registered voters participating in the ongoing Women Councils and Committees elections.
