Training - Death by powerpoint - wrong room for 59club

Had to share this extract of an email that arrived this morning, made me proud of what 59club has created, and proud of the difference we are making. We love working with venues who want to get better, who want to create a warmer, more enjoyable and therefore more profitable customer journey.

Have doctored the names as everything 59club works on with a venue is confidential. Detail matters - 59club is all about the detail and detail means return on investment - in this case not even 2 hours !! 

"Morning XXX, Just wanted to say a big thank you for the time you spent with the Team yesterday. XXX has clearly benefitted and got so much from the session, we definitely need to repeat this with him. He is currently talking me through how he upsold one of our longest standing repeat customers from bacon rolls on arrival to a full BBQ, generating an extra £1k revenue – paid for the training and some!  The Golf Services Team have all said that the learning and knowledge gained was excellent, some real focus and sales techniques that they are already putting into practice – long may that continue. Feedback from XXX on XXX Desk was also great, and we definitely need to get the rest of that Team some time with you on your next visit. I would like to look at getting another training date in the diary for later in the year...."
