The APCO course,?Cybersecurity Fundamentals for the ECC, provides information that all emergency communications center (ECC) professionals need to know to safeguard their agency against cyberattacks. REMINDER: Deadline for Fire Service Communications Update

Those holding the Fire Service Communications (FSC), 2nd Edition certification must complete the FSC 3rd Edition Update course by the March 31, 2024 deadline. The course should take approximately two hours to complete. You may register for the update course at the Schedule and Registration page.
