JLL’s Work Dynamics Skills Academy

JLL’s Work Dynamics Skills Academy (WDSA) is a comprehensive approach to skill development that emphasizes developing transferable skills to empower individuals in the ever-changing workforce. The Work Dynamics Skills Academy consists of four parts: Learning Journeys (provide learners with a roadmap of minimum competencies required for their roles, as well as maximum performance requirements), 3E Development Guides (map the Experience, Exposure, and Education (3E) needed for each role), Skill Assessments (ask colleagues to rate themselves based on eight core skills that have been chosen for the business area), and Career Development Plans (guide individuals through skills needed at different proficiency levels and recommend specific courses, certifications, and projects for ongoing learning and growth).? As a result of WDSA, JLL saw an 8 percent increase in internal promotions and job mobility and a 1.8 percent decrease in attrition.?
