Consequently, we collaborated to accommodate consultant expenses within the L&D budget and implemented HR protocols to ensure prompt payment. This solution fostered a lasting bond between the consultant and the company.

Flexibility is key in understanding consultant needs. It's disheartening to witness vendors offering meager compensation, as low as 20k, for a full day's training provided by experienced consultants. This practice undermines the dedication and expertise these professionals have accumulated over years of hard work, investment, and experience.
