Trainee Group Operations Manager

Dream Apartments are excited to announce that they are recruiting for a trainee group operations manager to oversee their entire portfolio as they continue their expansion. 

The ideal candidate should be able to start new projects with ease, have a heightened sense of responsibility and ownership, as well as a desire and passion to go far beyond the boundaries of the job. Ability to travel to other locations regularly required.

Responsible for:-

·       Work closely with Managing Director to consistently improve and develop the offering

·       Co-ordinating the activities of the Dream Apartments entire portfolio

·       Developing and monitoring all of our properties

·       Ensure brand standards and procedures are always followed

·       Training and development of the teams to achieve excellence

·       Assist with the opening of new properties

·       Responsible for the Guest Experience

·       Ensure the team maximize and understand the use of key tools, new technology and procedures

·       Collaborate with the Commercial division to develop a coherent pricing strategy and maximise revenue

·       Conduct audits and surveys to ensure high quality of offering and service

·       Monitor comments, surveys and feedback for your portfolio and take action accordingly

·       Work closely with the Senior Management to consistently improve and develop the offering

·       Work with sub-contractors on multiple sites simultaneously

Salary: ￡25,000 - ￡30,000
