"Trained But Unemployed: The Struggles of Fresh Graduates in Job Interviews"

When talking to fresh graduates about job hunting, they often mention they've had training but still can't pass interviews. I've seen this issue recently in my work and decided to look into why it's happening.

In my view, there are a few reasons why fresh graduates are struggling to get jobs despite having completed training.

Why..........

• Do fresh graduates have a deep, practical understanding from their training, or is it too theoretical?

• Can they apply their training knowledge to real-world problems effectively?

• Are they able to clearly convey their skills and knowledge in job interviews?

• How well-prepared are they for typical job interview questions and challenges?

• Is their training quality sufficient to meet employer expectations?

These are the few reasons why they are not getting the job.
