The way to make the mind think only positive thoughts is to live with positive emotions. Emotions are energy in motion. Emotions are a choice. We can either choose positive emotions like faith, hope, love, compassion, forgiveness, courage, confidence, enthusiasm, and make our life and our mind positive. Or we can choose negative emotions like fear, worry, hate, revenge, anger, jealousy, pessimism, and continue to fill poison and create toxic thoughts. Therefore, there is no trick. There is no magic. It’s simple logic that you should feed the mind with positive raw materials. The mind is a thought factory, it produces thoughts. As is the raw material, so will the thoughts be.
I have a good trick/a cunning move to keep my brain in positive thinking mode with no worry/anxiety I just stimulate my left logical/positive brain and block the use of my right negative brain. “ I am now focusing my consciousness on my left brain maximising interaction with soul the source energy “ just typing this has stimulated my left brain and given me an awesome shiver, it takes a while to retrain the brain but now I can also do this like tensing a muscle.
EGMi Evolutional Goodhist Mindfulness is an adaption of Mindfulness which is itself and adaption of Burmese Buddhist practice, Evolutional Goodhism is simply an explanation of Energy Driven Evolution and how it applies to our understanding of the universe and ourselves. The universe itself and everything in it is governed by energy seeking the most efficient use of itself this drives the change and adaption we call evolution, humans are the only known species that have reduced energy efficiency due the development of right brain anxiety which reduces energy efficiency and blocks natural selection.
EGMi is the first system to state that the human right brain is faulty wasting energy generating anxiety, the first to be designed specifically to maximises use of the left logical/positive brain, this is based on the latest science, the first left brain meditation. Trick the mind by believing more positively in You.Affirming positive thoughts is good but most powerful is actually being grateful and appreciative of life itself ,this helps keep the mind in the now and the present, more online coaching, the global self development network.
Law of Attraction is a taking into thinking positively only gave me a break and from now on I endorse it to always try it again. Why my feelings are this strong in this subject? Let me paint my picture for you. I have always been a ray of sunshine since my childhood and I always tried to see the good and tried to prevent “bad” ever entering my vision. After many years of heartbreaks and bad relationships, I realised life is not rose colored and there are way too many bad things to ignore. I was miserable. Then I changed my mindset to growth mindset always guess the worst possible outcomes and I planned scenarios to handle them. You can’t change what you are and I have always been a softie but this growth mindset protected me from many disasters I was able to see the good decisions from my theoretical worst cases.
Probably more than most. The difference is in what you do when you start thinking worrisome thoughts. I always listened to my worries. I accepted them as if they were all facts, that they had to be true, if not, I thought most likely it would be what happens. This is a false statement. This is the first trap we can get caught in. I started catching these worries and negative thoughts by first becoming more aware of them when they first came into my mind, and then judging them for what they really are -- just a thought, an idea, something that could be a possible future circumstance, but in reality, will most likely not actually happen.

I realized that these worries were really bothering not only my mental state throughout the day (causing me to think about them and take up my time when I could be more in the present moment free to think about what I want to think about...) but also my physical state of being as well. I was feeling more nervous because of these worrisome thoughts. My nervous system was actually affected by these worries, especially the big ones, of course. This was hurting my health.
Obviously, I needed to do something about this if I wanted to live longer, healthier (I started eating better and exercising), and just enjoy more moments in life than spending half my day focusing on something that is most likely not even going to come about! That's when I started rejecting these thoughts. I chose to care more about how I felt than about what was going to (or could be going to) happen, because I starting thinking more in the present moment. When you start valuing the present moment more, you realize how much time you spend not actually in the present moment! Your mind is off thinking about something you're going to do later that day, or something you want to do in the future, or something you remember about your past.
Why is it so much easier to think negatively about something. It seems like our mind goes there on it's own, without any effort on our part. Yet when we want to think positive, or change that negative assumption (that's all a worry is, an assumption that we allowed ourselves to believe, and therefore had an emotional reaction to)... When we want to think positive it sometimes takes more effort, OK, most of the time it seems to take more effort. You can call me crazy, but this is where I started to realize that my mind was made up of two selves. Stay with me here...
The self we seem to identify most with is always trying to protect us, sending in thoughts that warn us of any danger so we can judge them and decide for ourselves if we want to accept that thought or not. Problem is, we usually accept it right away, without even thinking twice about it, and so the worry sets in because we believe that it at least could happen, and we imagine how bad it would be if it did happen! Well here's where, with a little bit of attention and mental effort, the second self comes in. This is our free will to actually judge for ourselves if it's a threat or not, if it's even likely to happen.
I was really used to that way of thinking but I had big troubles through the years, too much for me to handle even though I always taught the bad cases and tried to focus on extras that went well. I’ve heard and read about law of attraction until then but it was way too risky for me to raise my hopes. Until I became close friends with someone who wholeheartedly believed this law thing and finally she convinced me I was out of luck because I always thought bad and this was what pulled negativity in my life. I do nothing by halves and I prepared myself for a few months for this growth mindset. Ready, set and go! Cheers!
