What's changed from the 20th to the 21st Century?

In case you hadn't noticed (I jest), so much is changing. Today, you can benefit from a set of brand promises that includes:

• Direction - certainty of direction

• Energy - the energy to achieve your outcomes

Much of the above I had the intention and desire to deliver in the 20th Century, but now, in the 21st Century, I have the tools and strategies to deliver on those seven brand promises way above and beyond the foundational offering of Accelerated Training.

The Accelerated Trainer

My book, "The Accelerated Trainer," formalised the systematic-method used to design and deliver enduring results, faster. Structured around a competency framework, the model has always delivered consistent results for organisations, teams, and trainers who wanted to up the excellence of their delivery. Follow and fulfil the competencies and any trainer and the training event they deliver irrespective of the topic will be certain to engage the participants and transform results.

Thus, in the 20th Century and first two decades of this 21st Century, I was confident that I was training trainers in techniques that would transform the results of any target market they served. I knew, too, that this was also true for those clients of mine who engaged with training in leadership, influence, presentation skills, communication skills, time management, mind mapping, speed reading, touch typing and the bespoke programmes they asked me for... if they fully committed to the learning and development pathway. After all, it's not about the trainer - the participants have the starring role.

None of this faster, longer, deeper kind of magic has been lost...

The New Accelerated Trainer

What has happened is that the opportunities open to organisations and the Accelerated Trainers that serve them have expanded. Technology has increased the channels through which we can reach and retain our ideal avatars and achieve 10x outcomes.

I've changed too!

When I wrote the first book, I had no structured awareness of how important it was to systematically build asset-income. Now we can use online training, membership initiatives, books, audio and video downloads, and apps to accelerate still further both the impact of our training and the income we make from it.

The ways to attract the right audience have also grown far more engaging. YouTube, podcasts, 'live' broadcasts, Social Media - all these can amplify the traditional ways to engage such as live training, coaching, and mentoring.

The Promise

Which brings us full circle to the opening points.

Thought I'd finished? Nearly. I don't help people create wealth and a successful business so that they can go and scive off on a beach somewhere.
