But that is the first thing you should be doing as a leader!
Everybody knows this.
When it comes to doing, most of us are attached to where we are comfortably placed.
If so, the effort to do this will change who are the person now.
We need to understand why it is necessary.
And still our mindset will not allow us to do this, so we need to ask the question, "Am I happy being where I am?"
May be there is comfort, may be, but this is not the purpose.
That there is still something missing, will be apparent in the personality.
More so, to everybody in the environment.
The moment this question is asked, it will penetrate deep down, and the discontent will be made apparent in no time.
Help the President, Chairman, CEO or MD to ask the question....

Some of them will take time to realize.
Nobody bothers to ask the question in the first place, who is oozing with enthusiasm because the purpose has been in sight, the possibility is within reach!
The tangible thing that is apparent is how many leaders in the second rank that you have created.
That requires regular monitoring of the number.
That requires time allocation for them.
It is called "Succession" strategy.
Time to be contributing to that cause, simply because, we need to be in the flow of life, and need to be in forward progress all the time

To be unstuck..
and to achieve Leadership Growth!!
