We've been blown away by the phenomenal response from new applicants ready to take charge of their entrepreneurial destinies. This community is growing stronger and more vibrant every day, and I couldn't be prouder! ??

You know?we're all about empowerment, growth, and connection. Together, we'll be celebrating the power of possibility and breaking down barriers that might be holding us back. We're all about embracing our unique strengths and supporting one another on this epic journey of success.

First things first.... your self-coaching question???

To this day my new clients come to me brainwashed with the activity = productivity syndrome. It’s why I HAVE to bust the High Performance myth with MY version of what it means to be a High performance Coach.

It's time to learn that activity and productivity are not synonymous.

I work half the hours I used to whilst bringing in more revenue than ever before.

Here's your self-coaching work. Take a pad and a pen and dedicate this pad purely to this activity. For the next week keep a log of EVERYTHING you do. After 7 days, go through your list and use two highlighter colours - one for activity, the other for productivity.?

Which colour shows up most?

The activity vs laziness myth came about through the agricultural revolution, this was then 100xed by the disgusting abuse of human beings being treated like less than animals in the slave trade and 1000xed by the Industrial Revolution which engulfed lower and working class men and women into making the ‘big man’ richer as they got poorer or died from overwork / ill health.

The latter 2 (only because we have the records to show it) - instilled by white, privileged men.

There are so many more of us that are not white, privileged men. That have been made to believe we have to subscribe to their education system, wealth system, work system, consumer system. You name it - it came from them.

So we’ve got some work to do folks. De-patriarchying (my new fave term) ourselves to live our own lives.

Stop doing all the time.

Learn to BE. Because you are allowed to BE whoever you want, making your life work for you however YOU choose.

I am so thrilled to be able to FINALLY and formerly share that I have partnered with Northampton Heritage Site - Delapré Abbey -?to bring the Mind | Body | Soul Festival to the wonderful people of our town.?

What a time! Being able to partner with Delapré has meant access to one of the most beautiful buildings and its surrounding land,?which means that I can invite some of my friends, peers and clients to deliver their expertise in all things mind, body and soul. I feel so truly honoured.?

BARBIE. BARBIE. BARBIE. Nuff said. ?? Well, okay. I'll say something. It was brilliant.?

I've been on the hunt for Ken's hoodie and I've yet to pick my fave Barbie outfit.

From the early Clubhouse days, to weekly accountability calls, I have felt nourished from taking purposeful time to self reflect, goal set and stretch my mindset. I love how Luciennes coaching style empowers me to show up as myself, whether feeling on fire or messy minded, I can reconnect into my purpose. As a writer/creative, I'm still learning the biz stuff, however the CEW has massively contributed to my courage in ditching perfection, establishing my mission and publishing my book anyway.
