I have lived in London-Luton, the UK's most misunderstood town, for 17 years.

The unexpected nature of civil disorder requires swift and adaptive policies. These policies must be based on the common sense that most of the population is law-abiding and willing to assist during internal or external threats to communities and businesses.

Bedfordshire has fewer than 1,500 active police officers and a small support team of under 100 volunteers.

A trained police officer leading a team of 50 volunteers can significantly enhance the force's ability to handle unexpected disorders.

The Bedfordshire Police Force can potentially recruit 75,000 volunteers without public funding.

While this number may seem significant for managing civil disorder, it remains modest when considering the need to protect the town from external threats.

The Luton Town Council, Bedfordshire Police Force, University of Bedfordshire, and local mosques can be crucial in building this volunteer force. When planning regular training, it is vital to ensure unbiased, academic, and efficient onboarding for realistic sustainability.

I conclude that honour and dignity are innate gifts, like a fruitful tree versus a harmful one, as seen in the story of Adam.

The Muslim community follows a faith grounded in the Holy Scriptures, guiding both women and men to safeguard their beliefs and land from all threats.

If Muslim communities feel a true sense of belonging to this cherished land, they will never hesitate to defend its honour, even with their lives.
