Traffio's Dynamic Week in Sydney
Although we are now preparing for our UK Team to head to Highways UK in the next few hours, last week, the Traffio team ventured up to sunny Sydney, leaving behind Melbourne's unpredictable (but loved) weather for a week packed with client visits, networking, and showcasing our Traffio platform at the Highways AU .
To kick off the week, Tara Leach and Kat McDevitt hit the road and visited two fabulous clients, Sydney-based Ward Civil & Environmental Engineering and Wollongong-based D&D Group - Traffic Management . Our key for these trips is to to really get to know the team more, taking some extra time out to learn about how they use the platform and help them with any niggles they have in such a tech-driven space where so much can be done simply online.
These visits not only strengthen existing relationships but also gives Tara and Kat (and the greater Traffio team) great insight into how our clients operate their businesses and utilise our Traffio Platform.
As Tuesday afternoon rolled around, Tara and Kat got set up for the National Roads & Traffic Expo at the ICC Sydney before attending the Traffic Management Association of Australia (TMAA) (TMAA) networking night where they were joined by our Co-Founder and Director Nathan Wright . The event took place at Cargo Bar in Darling Harbour, offering a stunning backdrop for an evening of networking and catching up. Adding to the good vibes, A1 Roadlines Pty Ltd generously sponsored the event, ensuring that drinks (thanks Janine Bartholomew ) and conversations flowed freely throughout the evening - until it was time for Team Traffio to get some well-deserved dinner.

The main event of the week arrived on Wednesday and Thursday when our Team showcased our platform to attendees at the National Roads & Traffic Expo. This event allowed us to present the full spectrum of Traffio's capabilities to a diverse audience, including potential clients and industry peers.
For us the stand-out moment was presenting Trafifo Procurement, which was done at the stand and when Nathan, took the Demo Stage alongside David Murphy from MTIA ( Level Crossing Removal Project ) to share our new product, Traffio Procurement. This presentation offered valuable insights into this innovative solution and generated plenty of conversation at the Traffio Booth.
Beyond client visits and showcasing our platform, the week was about building relationships, not only with existing clients but also with prospective clients eager to discover the value of Traffio's platform.
The warm Sydney weather provided the perfect backdrop for a week teeming with success and invaluable experiences. As we continue to grow and innovate, our time in Sydney marks a pivotal milestone on the path to excellence for the traffic management industry.
