Traffic Engineering and Safety Conference in State College.

Had a great time presenting on the PennSTART project last week at the TESC in State College. Thanks to all that attended, the TESC Steering Committee for choosing our project for a session and Keith Miller, Karen Lightman, and Dave DiGioia for allowing me to be part of panel. It was an honor and privilege to be there.
