Traditions and Legacy: Ideas on Coping with Your Usual Traditions Throughout the Year--After Loss
Lisa Strahs-Lorenc, Career Counselor, Author
Do you celebrate your life? Are you happy? I help change lives through career counseling, workshops, bereavement support and self-published books for a cause. I am here to support, motivate, and celebrate YOU!!!
Susan Capurso, an End-of-Doula and Lisa Strahs-Lorenc, a Bereavement Specialist discussed how we all can incorporate wonderful traditions as we celebrate the lives of those who are no longer with us. The legacy of those we loved are in the memories we have of them, and the traditions that are passed down from generation to generation. So many wonderful memories that make us smile and think of that person. There are many holidays and other occasions which will never be the same again. But the memories and traditions that we have can live on. We can also make new memories by using some older traditions and turning them into a new way of celebrating.
With the holidays upon us, Lisa will be offering a 6-week, virtual support group to help us get through this very challenging time in the year after loss. Please click on the link below to find out the topics and conversations that we will be explored.
Lisa and Susan continue to offer individual counseling, workshops, online courses and support books and products that address the End of Life and Beyond.?Each have websites: www.eastenddoulacare.com, EastEnd.Academy and www.familiesmoveon.com. Subscribe to our channel at:
