Since its inception in 2015, the NBC Idea Factory has served as a platform for spotting India's future talent, spanning diverse fields and challenging participants to confront real-world issues. Through eight seasons, we have witnessed a myriad of innovative ideas, including technical solutions that have prompted us to rethink traditional approaches in bearing manufacturing. For instance, last year's winning entry focused on "Noise reduction and crown modification in Roller bearings through ECABG," showcasing a profound grasp of engineering principles applied to tackle industrial challenges.
