This Week's Topic: Traditional Coworking is Broken. Here's How to Fix It.
Happy Monday, dear readers!
The future of work is never going to be put back into Pandora's box. Gone are the cubicle days of years gone by where people pretend that work / life balance magic happens because of a few snacks and Hawaiian shirt day. Many of us got a taste of remote work and want to hold on to that level of freedom in our schedules.
However, years late post-pandemic, many of us are discovering a new wrinkle in the remote work story: loneliness. People are social by nature and it isn't healthy to just be alone at home all the time. Why is it then that the current model of coworking is failing us?
That's where Tavern Community Coworking is stepping it up. Instead of the same old desk, join a movement where community events are the cornerstone. That, and having iconic spaces within luxury hotels and restaurants really elevates coworking to the next level.
Learn how the future of coworking is community in the infographic below:

7 个月Interesting and seems quite useable. From another angle, I do believe that co-working - making it work - is up to the individuals involved having a solid, shared goal and working consistently together toward it. This is a nice structure to support co-working but it is not the heart of it, in my opinion. Thank you for another interesting post!
