Traditional ad agencies aren't equipped to handle the requirements of modern advertising.

Content. Content. Content.

The media landscape of the advertising world today has changed dramatically from yesteryear. The days of an advertising campaign being led by a single concept and limited channel media buy are over.

With the exception being perhaps BIG Brand ideas.

Now though. Content is King! With campaigns needing to be delivered across many more media channels and programmatic media buys requiring more targeted content to be delivered strategically to ensure 'advertising cut through'. More and more advertising content is needed to be produced across various formats.

Which is where the traditional ad agency model falls down.

Too many hands and too much time is required to create consistent content across media output formats. Print ads, TVC/video content, html banners, social media (static and video formats), eDMs, outdoor etc etc etc.... All of which create an expense; firstly to the agency which is ultimately passed onto the client (++ the agency required margin). And lead to delayed delivery timelines.

Brands are quickly coming to the realisation that their marketing/advertising budgets won't stretch as far as is required. And that the traditional production model is broken.

The advertising landscape is changing. Agencies need to be delivering more for less, in a timely fashion. And unless they adopt to the changing landscape through automation tools like those offered by MyAdbox - the brands they work for will.
