Tell us about your startup. What’s?Tractor Part‘s?product?

Tractor Parts is a digital marketplace that connects farmers and agricultural machinery spare parts suppliers. Our platform is a one-stop-shop?solution for farmers looking for spare parts for various agricultural machinery brands. We provide access to various alternative spare parts, including new, original, alternative,?and remanufactured options.

For suppliers, Tractor Parts offers a new sales channel that guarantees customer flow, simplifies customer management, and allows them to control the sale price for end customers.

By connecting suppliers with customers globally, we are revolutionizing the stagnant agricultural parts market and solving long-standing problems for suppliers and farmers. Our vision is to change how agro parts are purchased, using innovative technology and tools to provide a superior experience in sourcing and managing spare parts inventory.

How did you come up with the idea to create?Tractor Parts?

The idea for Tractor Parts emerged from recognizing the problems faced by both farmers and spare parts suppliers in the agricultural machinery market. We observed that farmers often had limited access to spare parts, relying solely on local dealers who monopolized prices and stock levels.

On the other hand, suppliers faced issues such as limited market reach due to geographical and brand constraints, low stock turnover, difficulty liquidating deadstock,?and overstock.

With Tractor Parts, we aim to solve these problems by connecting suppliers and customers globally, providing a one-stop parts supply solution that saves time and costs.

Our vision is to revolutionize the stagnated agricultural spare parts market by offering a new way for farmers and parts suppliers to connect, streamlining the purchasing process. By doing so, we hope to improve the overall experience of purchasing agro parts and create a more efficient and accessible system for everyone involved.

How was your journey so far?

We officially launched Tractor Parts earlier this year, and our journey has been exciting since then. From the beginning, we received quite positive feedback from the market and gained significant sales traction. This success can be attributed to our founders' team's endless efforts and extensive domain experience.

Despite being in the early stages, we have set up numerous essential aspects of our business. Our knowledge and expertise have allowed us to identify shortcuts, accelerate our progress much faster, and cut corners.

Throughout this journey, we have had the opportunity to collaborate with numerous suppliers and farmers from various regions, and it helped us refine our platform and services.

Could you tell us about the competitive landscape of your project?

Our competitors primarily include other online platforms, local dealers, and traditional agricultural spare parts suppliers. However, we believe Tractor Parts offers several unique advantages that set us apart.

Firstly, our platform connects suppliers and customers globally, breaking down geographical and brand barriers that usually limit market reach.

Secondly, we provide a one-stop-shop?solution for farmers?—?this convenience makes it easier to find the right parts for their needs.

Moreover, Tractor Parts offers comprehensive support to both farmers and suppliers, handling everything from customer support to shipping and marketing. This holistic approach allows suppliers to focus on their core business while we manage the intricacies of e-commerce.

Finally, our platform simplifies the purchasing process, saving time and costs for all parties involved.

What are your first markets and funding situation?

We have achieved several milestones that we're proud of since our launch. First, we've attracted a diverse client base, including numerous farmers and suppliers from various regions. Our platform has experienced good sales traction in European countries and markets like South Korea, Japan, and the USA. These achievements demonstrate our platform's global appeal and the demand for a more efficient agricultural spare parts marketplace.

We are also excited to share that we were selected by the?FIRSTPICK?fund for their acceleration program. This opportunity has provided us with a substantial boost in funding and know-how, further strengthening our growth trajectory.

Additionally, we have formed a highly motivated team with relevant experience, which has been instrumental in our success. By setting up and fine-tuning major processes, we are now in a strong position to scale our operations and expand our market reach even further.

Are there any challenges that you could share with us?

As a startup in the agricultural spare parts market, we face challenges every day, but overcoming these obstacles is a natural part of our journey.

One of our main challenges is expanding our market reach and establishing a strong presence in new regions. We are working diligently to form strategic partnerships and collaborations that will enable us to serve farmers and suppliers in various locations better.

While we face challenges daily, we view them as opportunities to learn, grow, and become even better at what we do. By continually pushing ourselves to overcome these obstacles, we come closer to achieving our vision and transforming the agricultural spare parts market.

What are your plans for the next year?

We have ambitious plans to drive Tractor Parts to new heights in the coming year. One of our primary objectives is to dramatically scale the number of suppliers on our platform. By increasing our supplier base, we can offer a more diverse range of spare parts and options for farmers, enhancing the overall experience on our platform.

Another key focus for the next year is to expand into new markets. We aim to establish our presence in regions where we haven't yet made a significant impact. This expansion will allow us to connect with more farmers and suppliers.
