Track Mounted Mud System

GN Solids Control has designed and manufactured a Track Mounted Mud System (Crawler Mud Treatment System) to meet the requirements of fast moving drilling. With its own engine, it has realized the effective separation of two-stage solid waste through the use of double-layer Shale Shaker, greatly improving the drilling efficiency.

GN Solids Control GNMS-500GT Track Mounted Mud System is used for purification and recovery of drilling mud. The treatment capacity is 400-500GPM (90-100m3/h), and the separation particle size is up to 15 microns. The treated clean drilling mud can continue to be used for drilling. Unlike other conventional skid mounted or trailer mounted mud treatment systems, the GNMS-500GT is equipped with sturdy walking tracks to meet the requirements of rapid mobile drilling operations under harsh working conditions. It can effectively recycle drilling fluid, reduce the disposal cost of drilling waste, and improve drilling efficiency.

GN Track Mud System with modular design enables the system to have good mobility and adaptability, making it easy to work in various terrains and environments, especially in geothermal drilling projects where the tracked mud treatment system has been widely used. The system structure design is compact and reasonable, easy to repair and maintain, reducing maintenance costs and time.
