From Housing Developer to Consultancy

Coming from a background with a Housing Developer, I've brought a wealth of knowledge to my current role. Transitioning into consultancy has been smooth, and I've found great satisfaction in engaging with clients and introducing new processes, such as health and safety audits, to our operations. One of my primary goals is to lead the Health & Safety team effectively and ensure that health and safety remains a top priority for all.

Driving Change and Implementing Best Practices

I've implemented risk registers to keep our processes up-to-date and appropriate. It is important to me that I emphasise the criticalness of client and contractor awareness, striving to ensure they understand the implications of the work being undertaken.

Highlights and Achievements at Pellings

I have already had the opportunity to contribute to Pellings, from involvement in projects like the Bromley Civic Centre refurbishment to participation in valuable training courses such as the Building Safety Act Course. I have settled in well and have enjoyed working with everyone across all our teams and offices.

Promoting efficiency and collaboration within my team has been a focus. We've gelled together well, and I've organised events like the Working at Heights Seminar to foster collaboration across all teams within Pellings.
