Trace Number for Reorder/Repair

How to make Trace Number ?

Yesterday, I learned from AUMA Nameplate of Trace Number for Reorder,But what kind of Trace Number is useful ?

Let me thinking. 20191211-1 -2-3,oh, my god, Of course no. The function should be easily thinking is belonging to which client, and the date of ordered.

So I first put the Trace Number as: Time(5)+client country code+Client Number in our system+Drawing reference Number.
