1 年Interesting. I’m always open to improvement. One quick observation is where does measurement occur in TPM? How do you ascertain trends for workload increases and quality improvements? Tracking workload volume and quality improvement trends is important to making evidence-based adjustments and is also congruent with Lean Six Sigma practice. Thank you for sharing!
