The TPG Hub...
One of the Personnel Group's most exciting pieces of work going on at present is our planned redesign of what office space, and a work environment means to us.
We have an ambitious annual priority to create our first 'TPG Hub' - a future focused office space, providing our employment, health, training and community services, all under one roof.
More than just an office space, it will mean reimagining how we work, and how our customers receive service.
Most central in our thinking is the concept of seamless service. How does the office space facilitate warm and simple referrals? How does it create natural collaboration between business units? How can it foster person centred servicing through easy and incidental case conferencing?
Additionally, we are determined to prioritise the way people feel when in our space - both customers and team members. How do we provide a truly welcoming environment for people our all ages, genders, cultures and neurodiversity? How can it be genuinely accessible for all people? How can it be a place where people love being at work and feel that the physical environment supports them? How can technology support and enable, rather than constrain?
A lot of questions there, and that is before even considering the role of remote work, and external community interaction.
At the end of it all is a vision - our customer at the centre of everything we do, surrounded by supports and services that help them live full and equal lives. The hub will be an enabler to that vision.
Pretty exciting place to be playing at present.
