Toys for Underprivileged

Meg Reilly does this every year and each year it gets bigger. Changing Lives Center of Phoenix Rescue Mission. Meg gets almost everyone in the legislature, plus lobbyists, to join in. We will start collecting next year's toys right after the New Year, Toys for moms and their kids who live at or around the mission, with special gifts for single women. Mr. and Mrs. Santa make an appearance and of course, there are hundreds of toys. I get to be announcer again this year. I call out the names of moms and their children to come up to Santa to get their toys. I love being part of it as do all the legislators who participate, example Rep.Thorpe and Sen. Gowan.
