Property Knowledge Hub
The rollout of our latest AI feature started this week. It allows you to upload your property guidebook, house manual, or policy manual to enable ever more accurate AI responses. This is a key step in our journey toward a hands-off AI Inbox.
Tennessee Taxes (and other Direct updates)
As of July 1, we are remitting and filing all lodging and sales taxes on behalf of Direct Premium hosts for properties in Tennessee. More states are on the way. We’re also sharing more website analytics for Hospitable Direct sites, and the payment terms beta is continuing to roll out to more Premium hosts.

Core Updates
In addition to the many minor adjustments and improvements we make every week to Hospitable, Emily highlighted a few wider-reaching updates in Town Hall, including an update on the release of Owner Statements, a new warning for any messaging rules containing a shortened link (Booking.com does not allow them), and a number of calendar visibility improvements.
