Four Rivers Capital and the Weir Family bring 297,000 sq ft of Class-AA office and retail to an iconic building with Weir's Plaza. Architecture and design by GFF beautifully preserves the existing fa?ade of the cherished Highland Park Soda Fountain Building and integrates it into a new office-mixed use development for the 21st century.
