#ToW : Sharing an Idea

In my experience at Dell for Entrepreneurs, meeting countless start-up I've been often taken back by the reluctance of some to share idea and information - here is why I think it's stupid to keep one's idea to themselves :

If I have $1 and you have $1 and we exchange them, we will both still have $1.

But If I have 1 idea and you have 1 idea, and we exchange them, we both end up with 2!

Sharing idea does not obey to 1st law of thermodynamics, there is endless potential.
