Tough Times: Time to Create Efficiency?

Tough Times: Time to Create Efficiency?

This article will be slightly different than the ones I normally write. The last few years has got me thinking about many things. Lately it's got me thinking about efficiency. Read and hear all the "experts" say that when times get tough and budgets get tight, industry looks for more efficient ways to get things done. Sounds logical, and intelligent. But what does that actually mean?

Incorporating new technology, in the form of equipment or processes? Cutting costs? Both? In my experience it's both. But what I am trying to understand is the balance between the two. At what point are you not exploring and exploiting some innovative new process or product because your tolerance to risk is so low that your actually becoming counterproductive?

Truly understanding and measuring this is likely not possible, but it's happening. I know its happening, at least within my scope. You can't force someone to try something new and actually expect them to buy in. So what can be done about that?

Remove the risk.

Would people, workers, contractors be more willing to try something new if there were little to no risk? I would hope so. The potential for true savings is so vast, I would sincerely hope so. So let's try it.

I am offering our product for FREE. Try it. I know without a doubt that the products I offer to my customers and prospective customers will create efficiency. They will lower cost, save time and ensure quality. These are the things that bring true and lasting VALUE. Send me a message and try it.
