Touchscreen on Teams Rooms - Win 11

Setting up a touchscreen with Teams Rooms on windows

The setup have changed from Win 10 to Win 11. But don′t worry, here is how you do it.

  • Connect a keyboard to your Teams Rooms
  • Go to Admin Settings - Sign in (default password is sfb)
  • Go to Windows Settings - Sign in as admin (default password is sfb)
  • Click Windows button - write Control Panel

  • Select view by Category

  • Click Hardware and Sound

  • Under Tablet PC Settings - click Calibrate the screen for pen or touch input

  • Under Display options: Choose your touchscreen - Click Setup

Then this information will be shown on a screen at the time. When it is displayed on a non-touch screen, then click Enter on the keyboard.

When it is displayed on a touchscreen, then touch the screen.


Now your touchscreen is setup to work with your Teams Rooms on Windows.

We’ve been using a touch screen on many of our MTR-W devices for some time now. But we see that the touch display (FoR) sometimes loses its configuration that it’s touch. Have you seen this at all?
