Moody's upgrades Hellenic Bank ratings?

Moody's Investors Service has upgraded Hellenic Bank’s ratings, including its long-term deposit rating to Baa3 from Ba1 and the Baseline Credit Assessments (BCAs) and Adjusted BCAs to ba2 from ba3. Hellenic Bank's long-term ratings and assessments upgrade reflects Cyprus' higher Macro profile of "Moderate", underpinned by the resilience of the Cypriot economy and overall credit conditions, that in turn reduces the Bank's credit risk. The higher ratings also reflect continued gradual improvements in asset quality and capital metrics, and a significant strengthening in the Bank's core profitability.?
