Total Sales Are Up - People Dining Out Is Down
I've been very lucky with my time in the restaurant industry. Being willing to adapt and try new things has allowed me to gain experience with operating and leading restaurant brands, franchising and development internationally, equipment supplies and repair, food distribution, menu creation and most recently machine learning data analytics that covers an incredible array of tools towards helping brands make smarter strategic decisions within every role and department.
My career ride has touched nearly every aspect of the restaurant industry which now gets me pulled into conversations like the one attached. It's fun to talk about what's happening out there because with people eating 3 times a day, the general public is very interested with what's going on and what's next.
