Together we'll explore the fundamentals of mindfulness philosophy, embrace creativity and discuss practical tips and ideas to integrate mindfulness into your daily life.

Mindfulness is the practice of being fully present in the moment and focusing on thoughts, feelings and sensations. It’s taking a few deep breaths when you are feeling frazzled. It’s tasting your food while you chew. It’s going for a walk and paying attention to nature. No, you don’t have to sit cross-legged in silence atop a mountain whilst shooting lasers out of your third eye for hours to be mindful.?

There are lots of free, easy, convenient, fun and creative ways to incorporate mindfulness into your daily routine, like exercise, spending time in nature, meditating, weird dancing, laughing and feeding your brain with learning and creativity.?

By cultivating mindfulness, anyone can become more aware of our thoughts, emotions, and sensations, allowing us to respond to life's challenges with clarity and compassion.
