Tortillas and chicken mole

Tortillas and chicken mole

Sue, my wife, made homemade tortillas with chicken and green chilies. Lois, a neighbor, shared mole sauce from renowned Phoenix restaurant Las 15 Salsas.

Tacos anyone?

The meal was scrumptious and made me think, as many things do, about books. Would be a great recipe for a cookbook.

I’ve never edited a cookbook, but I think it would be fun. Do you have one you’ve always wanted to write? Let me know and I’ll help you.

I like books at the idea stage best. Gives me a chance to work with the writer developing structure and crafting the manuscript. Writing and editing books is grand fun. Doubly so when an author/editor team tackles the task.

I have what I think is a wonderful program for would-be authors. Just 10 minutes a day and $125 a month can turn an idea into a book.

If you have an idea rattling around in your head, drop me an email and let’s bring it to life.

I might even throw in a batch of Sue’s tasty tortillas.

I have always wanted to edit a cookbook. Just sounds like so much fun.

Can’t have too many Mex cookbooks. And about my favorite book project was a cookbook, The Marriage of Mushrooms and Garlic. Go for it!
