Today I’m sharing another Toronto real estate market update, this time for May 2021. For the third month in a row, the average list price in Toronto has been over $1 million. Buyers actively looking for homes are facing plenty of competition, which is causing prices to climb. The number of sales has gone down since last month, which makes sense due to the lower inventory.
