"Topic: Tabs in Detail - ReviewTab"

#ReviewTab in Microsoft in Excel Ribbon is divided into multiple groups.

Group1-#Proofing

It contains the following commands:

#Spelling_command: This checks the spelling of words in our worksheet and offers suggestions for any misspelled words.

#Thesaurus_command: This allows us to look up synonyms and antonyms for a selected word or phrase.

#Workbook_Statistics - This command provides information about the number of cells, formulas, and objects in our workbook, as well as other useful statistics.

These commands can be helpful when creating error-free and professional-looking worksheets in Excel.

Group2-#Accessibility

#Check_accessibility_command: This command checks the accessibility of the worksheet and provides suggestions to make it more accessible. It can be accessed through the "Check Accessibility" button in the "Accessibility" group under the "Review" tab.

#Alt_text_command: This command allows us to add alternative text to an image or a chart in the worksheet. Alternative text is used by screen readers to describe the image to visually impaired users. It can be accessed through the "Alt Text" button in the "Accessibility" group under the "Picture Format" or "Chart Format" tab.

#Format_as_table_command: This command applies a pre-defined formatting to a range of cells to make the data more readable and easier to navigate. It can be accessed through the "Format as Table" button in the "Styles" group under the "Home" tab.

#Unmerge_cells_command: This unmerges cells that have been merged together, which can improve the accessibility of the worksheet. It can be accessed through the "Unmerge Cells" button in the "Alignment" group under the "Home" tab.

#Options_Accessibility_command: This allows us to customize the accessibility settings in Excel, such as the color scheme and font size. It can be accessed through the "Options" button in the "Accessibility" group under the "File" tab.

#Smart_Lookup_command: This allows us to search for additional information about a particular word, phrase, or topic within the spreadsheet. It opens a pane where we can see definitions, images, and web results from Bing, without leaving Excel.

#Translate_command: This allows us to translate text from one language to another directly within the spreadsheet. It uses the Microsoft Translator service to provide translations for individual cells or ranges of cells.

#Delete_command: This allows us to delete a comment from a cell.

#Show_Comments_command: This allows us to display or hide all comments on the worksheet.

#ShoworHide_Notes: allows us to display or hide all notes on the worksheet.

#Show_All_Notes: allows us to show all notes on the worksheet in a separate window.

#Convert_to_Comments: This option allows us to convert a note to a comment.

In summary, the "Notes" command in the "Review" tab in Excel provides several options to add, navigate, display, and convert notes associated with cells in a worksheet, which can help us keep track of important information and collaborate more effectively.

Group7-#Protect

#Protect_Sheet_command: This allows us to restrict access to certain parts of a worksheet by password-protecting it. When a sheet is protected, users cannot make changes to locked cells or perform certain actions, such as renaming or deleting sheets.

#Protect_Workbook_command: This allows us to password-protect the entire workbook. When a workbook is protected, users cannot make changes to the structure of the workbook, add or delete sheets, or view hidden sheets.

#Allow_Edit_Ranges_command: This command allows us to specify which parts of a protected worksheet can be edited without a password. We can set up one or more edit ranges and specify which users are allowed to edit them.

#Unshare_Workbook_command: This command allows us to remove sharing from a shared workbook.

In summary, the "Protect" group in Excel provides commands to protect sheets and workbooks with passwords, specify edit ranges, and unshare shared workbooks, which can help us control access to sensitive information and prevent unauthorized changes.

Group8-#Ink

Commands related to ink allow us to hide all ink drawings or annotations on the worksheet, so they are not visible but still present, delete all ink on the active sheet, or delete all ink in the entire workbook.
