Insulating pad, also known as thermal silicone cloth, is same as silicone thermal pad, which is both thermally conductive and insulating.

But unlike the silicone thermal pad, it has a better mechanical?capacity and withstand a higher breakdown voltage under the condition of a limited thickness. The commonly use thickness are 0.23mm,0.3mm,0.45mm,0.8mm,1.0mm.

Insulating pad is a composite of silicone rubber,fiberglass and alumina powder. It has excellent mechanical and physical characteristics. Surfaces are pliable and allow complete surface contact to reach excellent heat dissipation. The glass fiber substrate provides good puncture resistance.It is an excellent alternative for traditional mica and silicone grease.
