Topic on Honest Employee

I read a sentence on "Honest employee" today and this one sentence has touched my heart.

Do we really find honest employee? Yes. We do find them.

Are we able to recognise honest employee? Answer to this question is always depends on the situation. Often we don't recognise honest employee.

Employee who doesn't turn away from you and who stands by you, in-spite of the trouble the employee is in known as the "honest employee"

Never stop recognising "honest employee".

They are the backbone of your company. They might not be Top performers but they are the one whom you can rely upon. They are the one who will offer their shoulders to you, when you are in trouble. They are always be the tear breaker for you.

Their honesty has no limit.

Recognise them and keep them with you. They are the big asserts for you not to your company.
