Topic 2 : NLP for Leaders
My first article was a brief introduction to the topic of NLP. My mentor used to say, "How can one fill another's cup if their own cup is empty?" This simple statement holds many lessons for us as students and outlines tasks for self-development. A person must feel satisfied, complete, or at least content with themselves before attempting to make a difference in others' lives. While people may not intentionally give misleading advice, their actions often reflect their inner thoughts. Language, tone, and aura can be affected, leading to unintended outcomes.
