Which means many of us have been focusing of our short-term/long-term goals for 2023.?
It’s often a time where we are finding new hacks for efficient back to work routines and emphasising ways to boost our wellbeing. Whether that’s physically, mentally, financially, socially etc…?

Well, many of us know that feeling of staying away from a particular role because we are shy or don’t feel confident.?
And it’s because of our self-doubt which persuades us…?

1.???????COMFORT ZONE: Start with small steps. Notice when your feel fear, and find little ways to work on this. You may get nervous talking to new colleagues. so, maybe start by asking a question or finding something in common to chat to them about.?

2.???????OBJECTIVE OUTLOOK: If an experience didn't go the way you wanted it to, you often remember the feelings you felt. That might be hopelessness or embarrassment. But, by focusing on the facts and what happened at that time objectively, instead of the negative feelings you're attaching it with, it can help to boost courage.?

3.???????POSITIVE SELF-TALK: Focus on creating positive mental conversations with yourself, and refrain from looking at the negatives all the time. Choose self-awareness and healthy habits.?
