1 年I completely agree that leadership is a vast subject and cannot be reduced to a few qualities and traits. The point about different leadership styles depending on whom you have to lead is spot on. It is essential to use different methods and styles for different groups of people. The list of qualities and traits you provided is impressive and covers all the basics a leader should have. It is particularly important to have integrity, credibility, authenticity, consistency, and strategic and critical thinking skills. The ability to have a bias for action and exhibit humility is also crucial in a leader. Furthermore, interpersonal communication and being approachable are essential to building strong relationships with team members. I also appreciate emphasis on being visionary, investing in relationships, and empowering the team. Leaders who inspire by their examples and have people management skills are most likely to succeed. It's great that you included qualities such as being innovative, open to experimentation, and always updated. These skills are necessary in a fast-paced world where things are constantly changing. Lastly, your personal recipe point is interesting. Great article, I must say.
