The Top Tool for LOs Who Want to Work with Realtors

This week, I want to explore one of the most valuable tools for LOs who want to work with Realtors — their brand. Successful alliances need both parties bringing something of value to the table, and your brand is the perfect foundation to do just that. So, if you’re just beginning to think about reaching out to potential partners, or you’re in search of some ideas to improve your current partnerships, your brand is one of the top places to direct your focus. Here’s why:

Broaden Your Reach

There’s no better tool for networking and broadening your reach online than your brand. An effective brand is something that people will remember. With a strong brand in place representing you and your business, it’s much easier to build your reputation and capture the attention of more (and more) connections. It allows you to pack a concise message into everything you do online, so that every interaction reinforces your overall brand.

Demonstrate Your Expertise

Your brand serves to unify all of the work you do. If you’re regularly posting content and earning positive reviews, your brand is the umbrella that should house those things. This is how you demonstrate your expertise to prospective Realtors. It shows anyone who encounters your brand that you know your stuff and that you are truly an expert in your field.
