Top tips to tackle a heavy workload

Does a 50 item list have you standing like a deer in headlights not knowing where to start? Or does the enormity of the to-do list turn you into Monica Geller: colour coding items by length of time, mapping out an intricate action plan and pulling out the gold stars when you’ve achieved a goal?
I’m certainly more in the former category!
After a couple of days off last week, my week started off with 33 items on it of varying lengths, urgency and enjoyment! I knew I needed to keep focused if I was going to hit all the pending deadlines, which meant I needed to avoid my usual hurdle of procrastination.
So, I reached out to the @cafinnate crew and we discussed how we would tackle a week like this.

??. ??????’?? ?????????? ?????? ?????????? ??????????: they may seem like daunting tasks, but once you get started you’ll be surprised how easily the work will flow.
?????? ???? ?????????? ?????? – ???????? ???????? ?????? ????????! Not only does your brain need a break, your body needs it too. So, as Taylor Swift elegantly demonstrates: “?????????? ???? ??????” every couple of hours by taking a 10-15 minute break!
